These low-medium tension G and D weedwacker strings are EASY on the fingers because of the lower tension, smooth nylon surface and thicker diameter than steel strings. The E and A are the higher tension kevlar core.

We include 3 strings for the G and D positions so you can find what gauge gives you the feel/tension you're looking for.
You can go low to medium tension on the G and D, and the A and E nylon kevlar core will balance nicely for feel.
The A will be .155 gauge nylon kevlar core, the E will be .170 gauge nylon kevlar core to give enough tension and sound to the E and A. Makes a fabulous set of weedwacker strings!
